Bill Hallada, of Antigo, died Monday, December 31, 2018, at The Bay at Eastview Medical and Rehabilitation Center. He was 91 years old. He was born on August 23, 1927, in Antigo, a son of the late Wenzel and Frances (Modl) Hallada.
Bill graduated from Antigo High School in 1945. Mr. Hallada was a Dairy Farmer in the town Rolling until his retirement in 1990.
He was a member of St. John Catholic Church, Antigo
Survivors include three nieces, Ann Hallada of Waterford, Jean (Bob Hamer) Hallada of Watertown and Fran Hallada of Westfield, NJ; special friends, Tricia (Dan) Schremp, Taylor Schremp, Jim and Jeff Marshall; friend and neighbor, Roman Fleischman and family all of Antigo.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Robert (Edna) Hallada, Thomas (Esther) Hallada, Donald (Grace) Hallada; and special friend, Cuzz Marshall.
A special thank you to Tricia, Dan and Taylor Schremp for all their kindness, and to all of the cows that went before him.
Graveside services for Bill Hallada will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Queen of Peace Cemetery.
A luncheon and remembrance gathering will follow.
