Strong Bones with Kathy March 5^th & March 7^th (Every Tues. & Thur.) 9-10am Langlade County Senior Center, 1225 Langlade Rd., Antigo. Strong Bones is an ongoing strength training program designed to help adults become or stay fit, strong & healthy. Individuals will improve muscle strength, bone density, self-confidence, sleep and vitality. Also, participants have shown a decreased risk of diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, depression & obesity. Classes are offered for an hour, twice a week.  Pre-register by calling the Aging and Disability Resource Center at 715-627-6232.

Immunization Clinic March 6^th 9am-4pm Langlade County Health Department, 1225 Langlade Road, Antigo. The immunization clinic is available to provide childhood immunizations & adult vaccinations. The vaccinations are FREE to children 2 months - 18 years of age if you have Medical Assistance or no insurance. Adult vaccinations are available some with a minimal fee or FREE if you have MC or MA. Contact the Health Department at 715-627-6250 for more information or to see if you are in need of any vaccinations.

Preschool Story Time March 6^th 10:30-11:30am Antigo Public Library, 617 Clermont St., Antigo. Join us for story time at the Antigo Public Library! This is a great way for kids who haven't started school yet to meet & socialize with peers. Every week we'll read 2 or 3 books together as well as doing some songs & movement. We also do a simple craft or coloring page that helps kids develop creativity & motor skills, & occasionally (attendance permitting) other activities such as parachute play.  This event is geared towards preschoolers, but older or younger kids are welcome to attend as well.

Play & Learn March 7^th 9:30-11am N4013 Hwy. 45, Antigo. Play & Learn is a weekly play group program for parents, caregivers & children from birth to age 5. Staff will provide a parent lesson, an activity for parents & children to do together.  The activity will build skills for school readiness & milestone achievement. Quarterly Ages & Stages questionnaires are made available to parents & caregivers to assist families in helping their children to reach age based development milestones. The Peace Lutheran Mustangs 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament March 8^th & 9^th Peace Lutheran Church & School, 300 Lincoln St., Antigo. For boys & girls. There is no co-ed division. Teams are limited to 4 players. The oldest player determines your bracket. There will be awards. The registration fee is $50. Registration forms can be picked up at Peace Lutheran School or downloaded at www.peaceantigo.org. The entry form & money must be returned to Peace Lutheran by 3/4/19. Antigo High School Drama Club 2019 Spring Musical – Cinderella March 8^th & 9^th and March 14^th-16^th 7:30pm and March 10^th 2pm Antigo High School, Volm Theater, 1900 10^th Ave., Antigo. Doors open 30 minutes before the show. Tickets are $10 for adults, children 10 & under are $5. Tickets are on sale in the high school commons starting February 26^th Monday-Saturday 5-7pm & Sunday, March 10^th from 1-2pm. 

Cabin Fever Fundraiser for Boys & Girls Club of Langlade County March 9^th 6-11pm North Central Sales & Auctions, W18785 Maple Rd., Aniwa. Who doesn't get Cabin Fever by March? Come dressed in your favorite Flannel, Long Johns or Lumber Jack to win a prize! Cabin Fever is a food, wine, microbrew & spirits tasting featuring live music by Brad Emanuel, raffles, as well as silent and live auction items. Come and enjoy a tasty selection of hors d’oeuvres full of Cabin flavor and pair them with a wine, specialty drinks or microbrew. The evening is set to be a knee slapping good time! All proceeds will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Langlade County. Tickets are $25 per person in advance, or $35 at the door.

Wittenberg-Birnamwood School District 4 Year Old Kindergarten Registration March 11^th & 12^th 3/11 3:30-5:30pm Wittenberg Elementary School, cafeteria, 300 Prouty St, Wittenberg. 3/12 3:30-5pm Birnamwood Elementary School, 4k classroom, 337 Main St., Birnamwood. Register for the 2019-2020 school year. If you have a child who will be 4 years old by September 1, 2019 you are welcome to come anytime during the scheduled hours. Please bring along proof of birth date (birth certificate, baptismal record or passport, only to be verified, we do not need a copy) and an immunization record. STOCKS: THE NUTS AND BOLTS - Financial Planning Series March 11^th 6-8pm Northcentral Technical College, 312 Forrest Ave., Antigo. The class teaches basic information to help investors evaluate if stocks fit into their overall strategy. Langlade County Community Ceramics, a non-profit painting group that meets every Monday and Friday from 9am-Noon at Sts. Mary & Hyacinth, Classroom 8, 819 3rd Ave., Antigo.  Class cost is $3.00, to cover paint and anyone is welcome. We also take art-related field trips four times a year.

Antigo MOPS (Mothers Of Preschoolers), a chapter of an international group that offers encouragement and support to moms of kids ages 0-5. We have relevant and interesting speakers, fun crafts, yummy food and free childcare while we meet.
