8th Annual Boys & Girls Club Sizzlin Summer Camp June 5th-August 18th Boys & Girls Club of Langlade County, 411 Superior St., Antigo.  This eleven week youth development camp will keep your kids busy and having fun all summer. Every week, members can go on fun and exciting field trips. We provide age-appropriate programs in the arts, sports, fitness & recreation, character & leadership development, education & career development, and health & life skills. 2017 Arbor Day Celebration June 13th 10:30-11:30am Railway Activity Park, 1011 1st Ave., Antigo. Come plant some trees, celebrate Arbor Day with special forestry guests. Play & Learn – Scavenger Hunt June 15th 9:30 am Meet at the Duffek Island (on the boardwalk), Antigo and walk the Springbrook Trail. Bring stollers & good walking shoes. Play & Learn is a weekly play group program for parents, caregivers and children from birth to age 5. Staff will provide a parent lesson, an activity for parents and children to do together.  The activity will build skills for school readiness and milestone achievement. Quarterly Ages and Stages questionnaires are made available to parents and caregivers to assist families in helping their children to reach age based development milestones. Badges and Bulls Eye June 15th  & June 17th 9:30am-12:30pm Meet at Smith Center, 1100 Marc Dr., Merrill at 9am, we will be taking a bus to the Sportsman Club with all the kids, parents are welcome to ride along or drive themselves. For ages 7-11. This event is free & includes lunch and a t-shirt. You must pre-register for this program & you are allowed to register in only one of the badges & bullseye sessions. Badges & Bulls Eye is a program designed to teach kids archery. This program gets kids active in a fun & unique manner. Archery teaches kids discipline, safety & patience all while having fun & interacting with our local police officers.

LAMBA Thursday Night Mountain Bike Ride June 15th 5pm Hwy 64 Mountain Bike Trail Head, White Lake. LAMBA will be hosting every other Thursday night mountain bike rides starting June 1st thru August 24. The ride will start at 5pm at the trailhead on highway 64. If it rains it is cancelled. Nicolet Plastics Walk/Run June 17th 9am Nicolet Plastics - Maiden Lake Warehouse, 15618 Maiden Lake Rd., Mountain. The event has been able to donate almost $72,000 to area emergency response departments since the event began in 2003. You can register the day of the event from 7am until 8:30am. Stilen Benefit June 17th 3-8pm Vickie and the Vets, 1216 Elm Street, Antigo. David & Mary Stilen lost their home and all of their belongings in a recent house fire. All funds raised will be used to help them rebuild their life after this devastating event. There will be a DJ, dinner, bake sale and bucket & 50/50 raffles! Raffle tickets are $10 each or 3 for $20. All Saints Catholic School Summer Kick-Off Event June 17th 5-10pm The Refuge Restaurant & Northwoods Bar, 410 Hwy. 64, Antigo. This action packed event will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2017 and is our largest fundraiser. The need for this event is to raise money for our Catholic school. We were extremely fortunate to raise approximately $40,000 for ASCS in 2016. Money raised goes directly to ASCS to cover a wide range of needs such as: busing to events, sports equipment, professional development, classroom improvements, technology, and most importantly to meet the annual budget for our school. All are welcome to enjoy the evening with a dinner buffet, silent auction, bucket raffle, raffle ticket drawing, and entertainment. Dinner is from 5-9pm and live entertainment is from 7-10pm.
