Elaine M. Frohman, 91

Elaine M. Frohman, age 91 of Birnamwood, passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Autumn Lane Family Care, Birnamwood.She was born on October 12, 1926 in Milwaukee, daughter of the late Gottlieb “Gus” and Irma (Dumke) Mueller.

Elaine attended Bayview High School, and went on to cosmetology school in Milwaukee. She married Russell Frohman, and together they lived in Mosinee, where she worked as a beautician. He preceded her in death in 1973, and Elaine moved to Birnamwood the following year.

Elaine loved painting, cooking, and crocheting.

Survivors include her son, Thomas (Patricia) Koeller, San Tan Valley, AZ; daughter, Connie Johnson, Milwaukee; 2 grandsons, Benjamin (Alicia) Koeller, Chandler, AZ and Nicholas (Christine) Koeller, Plover; 4 great grandchildren, Olivia, Brandon, Bradley and Anna; her brother, Donald (Bonnie) Mueller, Wittenberg; sister-in-law, Virginia Wells, Las Vegas; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to her husband Russell, she was further preceded in death by her brother, Gordon Wells, and her former husband, Alvin Koeller.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 29, 2018 at Schmidt & Schulta Funeral Home, Birnamwood. Rev. Amy Perron will officiate. Burial will be in the Mosinee Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.
