Gerald "Jerry" Shesler, of Pearson, died Thursday, March 1, 2018, at home. He was 70 years old. He was born on May 14, 1947, in Milwaukee, a son of Merlin "Bill" and Lee "Shirley" Shesler. He married Marga Kurtz November 29, 1978, in Milwaukee. She survives.
He moved to Pearson in 1984 and a was self-employed furnace and electrical home repair man. For several years he was employed at Marplex in Rhinelander, followed by Gravitter Plumbing and Heating in Crandon. More recently he worked for Jerome Filbrandt Plumbing and Heating before starting his own business, Ainsworth Plumbing and Heating. He retired in 2010.
He is survived by his wife and a brother, Jim Shesler of Milwaukee.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
No services are scheduled.
