Helen Emma Mach Tuska, of Antigo, died on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Rosalia Gardens under the care of LeRoyer Hospice with her family by her side. She was 86 years old.
She was born in Antigo on February 19, 1932, daughter of the late Edward and Elva (Palmer) Dickinson. She married Joseph Mach in 1949. He preceded her in death in 1972. She married Stephen Tuska in 1975. He died in 2001.
Helen attended Antigo High School. During her high school years, she was employed at the Dairy Bar. She later worked as a homemaker, raising her family in Racine before retiring to the Antigo area. She was also employed as a buyer for Big Buck Lumber Company.
She brought cheer to others through her volunteer work with Meals on Wheels, and by visiting residents at local assisted living and nursing home facilities. She enjoyed gardening and reading, and was a supporter of the Langlade County Humane Society.
She was a member of Antigo United Methodist Church, where she was active with United Methodist Women.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Jeanne (Michael) Mach Warczyglowa, Judy (John) Mach Ostermann; a son, Gary (Jill) Mach; 4 grandchildren, Jennifer (Angel Hibarra) Ostermann and Justin (Christina) Ostermann, and Abbey (Luke) LaManna and Aaron Mach; and 6 great-grandchildren, Rylee, Jordyn, Parker, Jackson, Grace, and Adryan.
A memorial service will take place Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Antigo United Methodist Church, with Rev. Deb Pimm officiating. Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 Saturday at the church. Burial will take place in the spring at Queen of Peace Cemetery.

The family extends their gratitude to the staff at Aspirus Langlade Hospital, LeRoyer Hospice, and Rosalia Gardens. Also, special thanks and love to Barbara, Nancy, and Mary for their friendship and care.
