Imagine No Malaria Project

During Lent the Antigo United Methodist Church is hoping to raise $1,000 for the Imagine No Malaria project.  Malaria is a serious disease transmitted through the bite of a mosquito and claims the life of one individual every minute, mainly in Africa.

The Imagine No Malaria campaign will promote education, communication, prevention and treatment to fight Malaria.  Malaria is preventable, treatable and beatable!  Nets, such as the one in this picture, are one tool used to help fight Malaria.
