James Richard Foreman, 74

James Richard Foreman, of Anoka, Minnesota died Sunday, December 8, 2019, at home. He was 74 years old. He was born on June 1, 1945, in Harlingen, Texas a son of Lowell and Elizabeth "Betty" (Knight) Foreman.

He graduated from Antigo High School and went on to serve in the United States Air Force from May 1, 1964 to April 17, 1968 having served in Viet Nam.

Following military service he began a long career with United Defense working as a hydraulic tester.

Jim was a snowmobile and motorcycle enthusiast and Green Bay Packer fan. He was a lifelong member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Deerbrook.

Survivors include two sisters, Janet (Ken) Graves, Burlington, Mary (Jim) Foreman-Cory, Madison; three brothers, Ronald (Denise) Foreman, Wausau, David Foreman, Deerbrook, Gary (Patricia) Foreman, Deerbrook; a step-brother, Todd Schaefer, Circle Pines, Minnesota; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, step-father, Harvey Schaefer, and one niece.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2019, at 12 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Radke officiating. Burial will take place in Elmwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be 10:30 a.m. until the time of services Thursday at the funeral home.

Antigo veterans will conduct military rites following services at the funeral home.
