Kenneth Tatro, of Phlox, died Monday, October 28, 2019, at St. Clare's Hospital in Weston. He was 84 years old. He was born on June 27, 1935, in Phlox, a son of Lyle and Clara (Bissonette) Tatro.
As a young man he worked for Checkal Potato Farms and logged for several years before moving to Milwaukee where he set pins in a bowling alley and worked in a factory. For 42 years he worked as a carpenter owning and operating Ken Tatro Construction in Milwaukee.
He enjoyed fishing, karaoke and four wheeling.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda Tatro, Lisa Tatro both of Milwaukee; a son, John (Ellen) Tatro, Three Lakes; several grandchildren; three sisters, Elaine (James) Seickert, Antigo, Betty Polansky, Menomonee Falls, Yvonne Peifer, Pewaukee; three brothers, Roger Tatro and friend Sue, White Lake, Conrad (Christine) Tatro, Antigo, Gary (Joan) Tatro, Antigo; two sisters-in-law Gwen and Ione Tatro;
He was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey in infancy; three sisters, Jean (Richard) Meyers, Lee Ann (Ralph) Wilber, Irma (Milas) Blahnik; five brothers, Eugene, Leroy (Delores), Daniel, Earl, and Richard Tatro; two brothers-in-law Larry Polansky and Charles Peifer.
The funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 2, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Holy Family Catholic Church with Rev. Edmundo Siguenza officiating. Burial will take place in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday at the Bradley Funeral Home and Saturday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass.
