Langlade County Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Langlade County Board of Adjustment, on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2016, at 9:00 A.M., in the WOLF RIVER ROOM, RESOURCE CENTER, 837 Clermont Street, Antigo, Wisconsin 54409.

 

1:  9:00 A.M.  Petition for Grant of Variance #677 by Nancy (McLellan) Jacobi, & Marie

(McClellan) Tonnon, 612 So. 5th Avenue, Wausau, WI 54401.  Tim Rusch, Rusch Engineering

& Surveying, LLC, Agent.  Request permission to divide an existing 38,240 square foot parcel

into 2 lots being 17,724 square feet and 20,516 square feet.  Minimum total lot area is

87,120 square feet, pursuant to Sections 17.44(4)(c), 17.64(4) & 18.23(2) of the Langlade County

Code of Ordinances.  Land as Part Govt. Lots #1 & #2, Section 12, T33N R10E, being Lot 1, CSM

V1 P53, Town of Upham.

 

  1. 9:30 A.M. Application for Conditional Use Permit #864 by The Order of Julian of Norwich,

W704 Alft Road, White Lake, WI 54491.  Tim Rusch, Rusch, Engineering & Surveying, LLC,

Agent.  Request permission to establish a 5 acre site for religious use in the southeast

corner of a parcel in a Forestry District, subject to the Farmland Preservations Overlay

District, pursuant to Sections 17.39(3)(l), 17.42(3)(c), & 17.64(3) of the Langlade County Code

of Ordinances.  Land as Part NE SW Section 19, T31N R15E, Town of Wolf River.

 

ALL interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and be heard.

 

If required, the Board may recess the hearings for the purpose of conducting an inspection of the sites/s, and said inspection shall be open to the public.  The Board may also act on a modification of the original applications presented at the hearings.
