The Marathon County Public Library’s Stratford Branch (213201 Scholar St., Stratford) is partnering with the Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Central Wisconsin to bring folks an opportunity to learn more about dementia and memory loss. Adults are invited to MCPL Stratford on May 18 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for a presentation on this complicated condition.
Attendees will learn about what is considered “normal aging” and what to be concerned about when it comes to aging and forgetfulness. Whether you’re adjusting to a new diagnosis, looking to better support someone you care about, or are interested in learning more, this presentation is suitable for every adult.
This event is free and open to the public with no registration required. For more information, call 715-687-4420.
