The Antigo Swim Club awarded three of its standout members at its award banquet last week.
The Clara R. McKenna Award went to two varsity swimmer. Joe McKenna presented the award to the recipients, Holden Meidl and Kate Stensberg. The recipients portrayed many positive qualities, including an upbeat attitude, positive influence to peers, hard work and continued improvement towards goals, along with respect for teammates and coaches in representing Antigo.
The Michelle Koss Award went to young Penguin swimmer Heather Arlen. Tom Koss presented the award that demonstrates having a positive attitude, being supportive of other teammates, willingness to listen to coaches, and, most of all, passion for life and everything they do.
