Michael John Spencer, 43

Michael John Spencer, age 43, died Tuesday in Bryant. Michael was born on December 26, 1972 to John and Cheryl (Tackett) Spencer in Antigo.

He was united in marriage to Geraldine “Gerry” Dillon on July 29, 2005 in Elcho.

He was a graduate of Antigo High School class of 1991.

Michael was employed at Amron Corporation.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, long rides on his motorcycle and his dogs, especially Peanut. Michael was a “do it yourself” guy, working on electrical, plumbing and auto mechanics projects. He was always there to help others, sharing his skills.

Survivors in addition to his wife and parents, include 5 sons, Michael Fermanich of Antigo, Chandler Spencer of Neva; twin sons, Jon and Dylan Spencer of Bryant and Danny Zahn of Madison; a daughter Jade (Greg Flack) Zahn of Antigo; a granddaughter Emma Flack, a sister; Jenny (Tony) Hangartner of Polar, a brother; Mark Spencer of Antigo; his maternal grandmother Louise Tackett of Antigo; his mother-in-law; Norma Keller of Wauwatosa; his father-in-law; Marcelo (Valentina) Dillon of CA; 6 nephews; 4 nieces; and 2 great nieces.

Michael was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather; Dearl Tackett; his paternal grandmother, Mima Spencer; and his paternal grandfather, John Spencer.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 1:00PM at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home. Reverend Bill Farr will officiate. Visitation will be Monday at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the service.

Interment will be in Bent Cemetery.
