Notice is hereby given that:

A public hearing will be held by the Langlade County Board of Adjustment on Monday, August 19, 2019

beginning at 9:00 A.M., in the Wolf River Room, Langlade County Resource Center on the following:

1. 9:00 A.M. Application for Conditional Use Permit #886 by Mark Bertram, N2345 Parfreyville Rd.,

Waupaca, WI 54981. Request permission to build residence in Forestry District, pursuant to

Sections 17.39(3)(g), 17.64(3) of the Langlade County Code of Ordinances. Land as being pt of

SW SE, Section 31, T33N R11E, Town of Upham (Parcel #030-1018.003).

All interested persons are invited to attend said hearings and be heard.
