Ronald Fred Planasch of Pearson, died on July 14, 2026 at his home. He was 81 years old. He was born on August 3, 1944 in Beaver Dam, a son of Martin and Nathalie (Orth) Planasch. He married Charlotte Meide on November 4, 1988. She preceded him in death on May 20, 2018.
Ronald was a graduate of Horican High School where he was known as "Mutzy". He was a member of The United States Air Force who served in Vietnam.
Ronald enjoyed hunting and the outdoors since early on in his life. He was talented at carpentry, building an addition and garage for his home. Ronald was a very social person, and what he enjoyed most was spending his time with friends. He would always be willing to be there and help those who were in need.
Survivors include a son, Justin Planasch of Texas; two daughters, Bronwyn Planasch of Santa Anna, CA, and Brooklyn Recob of Medford; four grandchildren, Hailey, Noah, Gabriel and Khole; and a sister, Marlene (Garth Wodtke) Planasch of New Berlin.
