Thomas Albert Lott, of Antigo, died Sunday, May 12, 2019 under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice at Aspirus Wausau Hospital at the age of 73.
He was born August 24, 1945 in California, son of the late Thomas Mason Lott and Flora (Newman) Lott. He married Sharon Hess on July 3, 1966 in Fortuna, CA, and she survives.
Mr. Lott was in the US Army from 1967-1971, serving in the Vietnam War.
He worked for Miller Tire, Antigo Retreaders, and Pomp’s Tire.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and slowpitch softball.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include a son, Dannie (Sue) Lott of Racine; 2 daughters, Ranee Lott of Antigo, and Hillery (Cory) Chrudimsky of Antigo; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren, with one to arrive soon; and a brother, William “Bill” Lott of California.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday at Strasser-Roller Funeral Home, with Pastor Dick Kendall officiating. Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, and 10:00-11:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment with military honors will follow the service at Elmwood Cemetery.
