Timothy Koeppel, of Antigo, died Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at home. He was 65 years old. He was born on October 24, 1950 in Antigo, a son of Alphonse and Emma (Marx) Koeppel. He married Gina Baraniak on September 30, 1978 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Antigo. She survives.
He was a graduate of Antigo High School with the class of 1969 and attended the University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point.
Tim owned and operated Koeppel's Pumps and Plumbing, a trade he learned from his father.
He was a member of SS Mary and Hyacinth Catholic Church.
His hobbies included deer hunting, playing softball, bowling and trap shooting.
He enjoyed following NASCAR and the Green Bay Packers.
Survivors including his wife are two daughters, Jessica (Mike) Bostwick, Antigo, Nicole Koeppel, Two Rivers; two sons, Nathanial (Kristen) Koeppel, Plover, Adam Koeppel, Antigo; three grandchildren Keaton Francl, Ethan and Zachary Koeppel; three sisters, Mary Sue Koeppel and husband Robert Gentry, Gainsville, Florida, Jacquelyn (Larry) Titus, Jefferson, Monica Koeppel, Jefferson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers Michael and Peter Koeppel.
The funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 11 a.m. at SS Mary & Hyacinth Catholic Church with his brother-in-law Rev. James Baraniak, O. Praem, officiating. Visitation will be 3:30 - 6:30 p.m. on Thursday at the Bradley Funeral Home and 9 - 10:30 a.m. on Friday also at the funeral home.
