Timothy L. Hausladen, 53, Birnamwood, died peacefully on Saturday, October 22, 2016, at the Hospice House in Wausau after a short illness, under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services.
He was born on July 8, 1963 in Wausau, the son of the late DeLloyd Hausladen and Lola (Schmitt) Schultz.
Timothy was an avid Green Bay Packer and Wisconsin Badger fan. He had many hobbies and was very creative. He especially enjoyed working with wood. Timothy enjoyed a quiet life, loved food and golf. He had a servant heart and gave without expecting anything in return.
Survivors include his mother, Lola Schultz, Birnamwood; two sisters, Amy (DuWayne) Olson, Wausau and Mary (Steve) Sabatke, Rothschild; one brother, Daniel Hausladen, Oshkosh; his nieces and nephews, Jonathan (Kristy) Olson, Zachary Olson, Brent Olson, Emma (Corey) Thompson, Emily (Justin) Neal, Ryan (Valerie) Sabatke and Nichole (Leroy) Miller and his great-nieces and great-nephew, Olivia, Cayden, Addelyn, Avery, Hannah and Lorelei. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his father, Timothy was preceded in death by his nephew, Benjamin Olson.
The Funeral Service will be held at 4pm on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Birnamwood. Rev. Adam Roberts will officiate. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2pm until the time of services at the church. Schmidt & Schulta Funeral Home, Birnamwood is assisting the family with arrangements.
