Virginia Horazdovsky, of Birnamwood, died Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at Clover Leaf Terrace in Birnamwood. She was 92 years old. She was born on March 19, 1924 in Town of Rolling a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Paulik) Andraschko. She married Joseph Horazdovsky on October 29, 1960 in Minnesota. He preceded her in death on April 15, 1980.
She was a graduate of Antigo High School. Virginia was employed at Miles Lab and Quaker Oats both in Minnesota, retiring in 1960. She lived in Texas for 12 years before returning to the Antigo area to help care for her sisters.
She enjoyed playing Bridge, sewing and spending time with her sisters.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by three brothers, William Andraschko, Sr., Edward Andraschko and twin brother, Vernon Andraschko; five sisters, Clara Bahr, Cecelia Schraml, Mary Owens, Ann Raab and Rose Andraschko.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday at 11 a.m.at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Aniwa with Reverend Tony Ibekwe officiating. Burial will take place in St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday at church from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass.
