Ronald Listle, of Antigo, died Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. He was 89 years old. He was born on July 3, 1930, in Laona, a son of Charles and Beatrice (Trottier) Listle.

He was a graduate of White Lake High School.

He married Carol Calmes in 1951. They lived in Milwaukee where he worked at Inland Steel, Caterpillar Corporation followed by Milwaukee County Hospital in maintenance.

His wife Carol preceded him in death in 1993. He married Ann Tesensky on May 13, 1994 at St. Ignatious Catholic Church in Milwaukee. They moved to Antigo in September 2004.

He was a member of St. John Catholic Church in Antigo.

Survivors including his wife are two sisters-in-law Sandy and Marlene Listle; many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents and first wife he was preceded in death by a sister, Donnetta (William) Martin; four brothers, Charles (Mickey) Listle, Lloyd Listle, Robert Listle, John “Jack” Listle.

The funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2019, at 11 a.m. at St. John Catholic Church with Rev. Mathew Simonar officiating. Burial will take place in Laona Cemetery.

Visitation will be 3 to 6 p.m. on Monday at the Bradley Funeral Home and Tuesday in Hoffmann Hall at church from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass. A parish wake service will be held at 5:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
