Richard Stanley Falkowski, age 71, died Saturday June 6, 2015. He was born July 29, 1943 in Milwaukee to John and Harriet (Suchocki) Falkowski Sr. He married Linda Nehring on September 26, 1970 in Milwaukee. She survives.

He was employed at Pepke Construction, Kurth Malting and Continental Can all in Milwaukee. He and his wife moved to Pickerel in 1978. They owned and operated Calm Bay Resort in partnership with Dennis and Patricia Cychosz. Richard worked at FS Servco in Antigo and retired from Bemis Manufacturing in Crandon.

He is survived by his wife Linda and two daughters Ginny (Randy) Vick, Pickerel, Deanna (Charlie) Preisler, Hortonville; four grandchildren Caitlyn and Courtney Preisler, Mason and Nathan Vick;
a brother Ray (Bev) Falkowski, Hartford; a sister-in-law Carole Falkowski, Milwaukee; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Daryl (Dianne) Nehring, Clermont, Florida; further survived by many friends and relatives.

He was preceded in death by his father John Falkowski Sr. and mother Harriet (Falkowski) Ciano; step father Phillip Ciano; brother John Falkowski, Jr.; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Ron and Jean Cychosz; mother and father-in-law Roger and Ruth Nehring.

The funeral Mass will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Pickerel with Rev. Dave Zimmerman officiating. Burial will take place in Pearson Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 – 6 p.m. on Thursday at the Bradley Funeral Home with a parish wake service at 6 p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday at the church from 11:30 a.m. until the time of services.
