Mr. Grossman served as Assessor and Chairman for the town of Upham and he was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Deerbrook.

He enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, hunting, fishing, and watching the Green Bay Packers.

In addition to his wife survivors include a daughter, Frances (Elroy) Kleman of Hatley; a son, Bruce (Wilma) Grossman of Redgranite; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren; and a sister, Erma Schauer of Antigo.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Gloria Kautza; sisters, Clara Dvorak and Sophie Ellerman and two sisters in childhood.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Deerbrook with Rev. Jerome Hahn officiating. Burial will take place in Lakeside Cemetery, Summit Lake. Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home and Saturday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

The family extends a special thank you to Dr. Myers, the staff at Eastview, Jeanette with LeRoyer Hospice and Reverend Hahn for the wonderful care given to our dad. A sincere thank you to our caring cousin Chuck Wetzel, Paula Lightfoot and Jim Jansen for coming to help our dad when needed and to passer-by, John Meister, for his assistance three years ago.
