Numbers are in after AHS football sign-up

After Monday’s Antigo football sign-up at the high school and Tuesday’s efforts at the middle school, Coach Tom Schofield has his numbers for the 2016 season. Next fall’s Red Robins include 14 seniors (four of which are new), 28 juniors (three new), 25 sophomores (five new), and 18 freshman. The middle school teams have yet to take into account the parochial schools and their numbers.
“I’m hoping all the kids stick with it and dedicate themselves to lifting, contact days, 7-on-7’s, and get prepared for the exciting season ahead,” Schofield said on Tuesday.
