Emily Muraski, 90
Emily Muraski, of Bryant, died Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Rosalia Gardens in Antigo. She was 90 years old. She was born on June 21, 1927 in town of Harrison, a daughter of the late Anton and Anna (Manser) Guenther. She married John Muraski, he preceded her in death on May 18, 1993.
She dairy farmed with her husband in the town of Polar. Emily was a member of SS Mary & Hyacinth Catholic Church.
She loved cooking, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a fan of the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers
Survivors include a daughter, Karen (Steve) Widder; two sons, James (Leann) Muraski and Ronald Muraski; a daughter-in-law, Patricia Muraski all of Polar; grandchildren, Jennifer (Brian) Sharon, Mike (Kim), Matt (Dena), Mark (Tessah), Kevin (Amiee), Jason (Kirstin), Chad (Joleen), Derek (Alyssa), Janelle (Jordan) Sharon, Amber (Brian) Wood, Anthony and Andrew; great grandchildren, Madison, Lily, Finley, Cade, Chase, Trenton, Sophie, Isaac and Owen; a brother, Louis (Dorothy) Guenther of Antigo; a sister-in-law, Donna Muraski of Racine; many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by a son, Richard Muraski; a granddaughter, Trisha; great grandson, Kenton; sisters, Clara (Earl) Damitz, Rose (Russel) Pearson and Mary (Bill) Mibrath; and a brother, George Guenther.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 19 at 11 a.m. at SS Mary & Hyacinth Catholic Church with Rev. Zachary Weber officiating. Entombment will take place in Queen of Peace Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home.
