Betty Ann Horn Smith, age 88, passed away on Monday, April 9, 2018, in San Antonio, Texas.  She was born in Antigo, WI on December 13, 1929 and lived at Canyon Lake, TX. Betty was a faithful member of Beacon Hill Presbyterian Church for more than 50 years and later became an active member at Bulverde United Methodist Church. She retired after 30 years of service with the San Antonio Community of Churches. Betty was preceded in death by parents, Hiram Gustav Horn and Tressa Cherf Horn; brother, Gene Horn; sisters, Orletta Thomae and Ruth Petorella.  She is survived by son, Clay R. Smith (wife Annette); son, Craig M. Smith (wife Laura); grandchildren, Mason (wife Blanca), Matt (wife Nicole), Sarah (husband Sean), Erik (wife Myriam) and Micah (fiancé Brittany); great-grandchildren Maddie and Reyna; brother, Jack Horn.
