Jack had a great love for family and cherished time spent with them. Pontoon boat adventures on the lake were of great interest as well as hunting and fishing. He was an avid Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks, Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badger fan.

Jack loved to socialize and this lead to him building many friendships in the community. He was a Harley Davidson enthusiast and enjoyed many long rides.

Survivors include his wife, Mary; two daughters, Josey (Jim) Cabaj of Baraboo, Jodie (Kim) Koback of Plover; two sons, Joe (Gabe) Jensen of Baraboo, Jim (Julie) Jensen of Lake Delton. He was papa Jack to eight grandchildren, Nicki Green, Ryan (Alex) Cabaj, Amanda (Mark) Papko, Kelsey (Tyler) Fish, Jordan and Jamie Jensen, Lexi and Alivia Koback and seven great-grandchildren, Rylee and Evan Green, Tessa, Posey and Fern Cabaj, Jensen and Mila Papko; two sisters, Gloria (George) Brown of De Pere, Cheryl (Dick) Shepard of Pulaski; sister-in-law, Verna Kuschel of De Pere; and former wife, Corrine (Bohman) Jensen of Baraboo.
