Pearl Holbrook, of Antigo, died Friday, September 4, 2020, at The Bay at Eastview Medical and Rehabilitation Center. She was 96 years old. She was born on March 1, 1924, in the Town of Evergreen, a daughter of Ira and Verna (DeHart) Adkins. She married Cecil Holbrook on August 31, 1940, in Antigo. He preceded her in death on March 28, 1973.

Pearl was employed at Polar Manufacturing for many years retiring in 1986.

She was a member of Four Corners Assembly of God Church in White Lake where she was involved in the Women’s Ministry.

She enjoyed gardening and quilting.

Survivors include three sons, Arthur (Delores) Holbrook of Aniwa, Cecil (Janie) Holbrook of White Lake and Richard (Sandra) Holbrook of White Lake; a daughter-in-law, Jackie Holbrook of White Lake; 17 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Helen Conley of Ohio and Eleanor (Nelson) Cortel of Florida; two brothers, James (Carrie) Adkins and Roger (Rita) Adkins both of Ohio.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by two sons, Harold and John; grandchildren, Rebecca, Timothy, and Kevin; a great-grandchild, Rachel Turner; four sisters, Gertrude Adkins, Cletta Adkins, Minnie Jane Adkins, and Judy Thomas; four brothers, Paul, Richard, Dearl, and Elmer.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at 11 a.m. at Four Corners Assembly of God, White Lake with Rev. Marvin Kindle officiating. Burial will take place in Langlade Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
