The Boys & Girls Club of Langlade County received funding from the Community Health Foundation for their Positive Sprouts Program. The program focuses on educating young people on the importance of eating nutritious foods and living healthy lifestyles. As part of the program volunteers from the Antigo Garden Club educate Club members on gardening and UW-Extension teaches Club members how to prepare healthy snacks. Pictured are Boys & Girls Club Operations Coordinator Hilary Messer-Franz, Club members, Community Health Foundation Board Members Paul Payant and Amanda Hunter and Antigo Garden Club members Mary Metnik and Pat Doleshal.
