AHS Band has successful weekend in Waukesha
On Sunday, September 20 the Antigo High School Marching Band attended the Waukesha North Bandfest. The band took 3rd place in class AA and had a fine first performance. “We have a solid start and will be continuing to develop and work on the production,” Jeff Dewey, director of the band said. The next WSMA event for the band will be the Antigo Marching Showcase on October 3 at 6:30p.m. With five bands performing this year, the group is excited to host a show again.
The band will also be performing in the Antigo Homecoming Parade and at halftime during the Homecoming game on October 2.
