For Antigo Times

The Man of Honor Society of Marathon County will give all eligible veterans an opportunity to receive an 8-10 pound Ham for Christmas.  The MOH is very proud to announce that this will be the 7th consecutive year that we have given out turkeys or hams to our veterans at Christmas.  This year we will give away 650 hams to eligible veterans beginning at 9 a.m. (until they are gone) on 5 December 2015 at the VFW Club on River Drive in Wausau.  Proof of service in the form of Military I.D., VA I.D. or DD Form 214 is mandatory to receive the ham.

The Man of Honor Society is a non-profit, non-political organization who raise money through an annual 3 day raffle each June to help Veterans and their families in need.  With the continued support from the local community we are able to do this.

Detailed information about the MOH Society can be found on our website at manofhonor.org.
