CoVantage Credit Union now has branch in Elcho

CoVantage Credit Union has announced they have finalized the purchase of Northwoods National Bank in Elcho, a branch of The Baraboo National Bank. The official purchase and transfer date was February 19, 2016. With the sale, CoVantage acquired the building and the deposit accounts of the bank. The loan accounts remain with The Baraboo National Bank.
According to Charlie Zanayed, Executive Vice President for CoVantage Credit Union, “Prior to the purchase we already had nearly 2,000 members living in the Elcho area. This opportunity allows us to provide more convenient access for these members, and a way to offer value to even more individuals and businesses in the Elcho area. We welcome the Elcho customers of Northwoods National Bank as members of CoVantage Credit Union and look forward to getting to know them, growing in the Elcho community, and providing the area with local service.”
The CoVantage Elcho branch offers a full line of consumer, mortgage, business loan; and consumer and business deposit services. Drive-up service is 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday and Wednesday, Fridays from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturdays from 8:30 am to noon. Lobby hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 p.m. Monday and Wednesday; Fridays from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; and Saturdays from 8:30 am to noon. A full-service contact center is available 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 8:30 am to noon. CoVantage also offers convenience of banking 24/7 through free mobile and online banking, remote deposit capture, and an extensive network of ATMs.
