Local student competes in Science Olympiad

Nathan Deep, an 8th grader at Peace Lutheran School joined with a team from All Saints Catholic School to compete in the Science Olympiad on April 2 at UW-Stout.

Nathan and one other team member placed third in Anatomy and Physiology and Nathan and 2 others earned ninth in Experimental design. Congratulations to Nathan and his team!

Nathan was also accepted to the Wisconsin Center for Academically Talented Youth for a 2-week summer law program at UW-Madison. Nathan will graduate from Peace Lutheran School on May 28. His parents are Drs. Lakshmi and Noel Deep.
