Denise “Dee Dee” Bailey, of Antigo, died Monday, September 5, 2016 at home under the care of LeRoyer Hospice following a courageous battle with cancer. She was 64 years old. She was born on February 5, 1952 in Antigo, a daughter of Herbert and LaVerne (Lawrence) Bailey.

She was a graduate of Antigo High School with the class of 1970.

After high school Dee Dee lived in Sheboygan where she worked for Richardson Furniture. Returning to Antigo she worked on the Spychalla and Markgraf potato farms and at Corner Cafe in Summit Lake. More recently she worked at Johnson Electric and Coil.

She enjoyed playing softball, playing cards, trips to the casino and keeping up with friends on Facebook.

Survivors include special friend and caregiver, Barb Rebstock of Antigo; Barb’s son David Rebstock and Andrea Zeinert and their children, Vincent and Ali; Barb’s daughter Jessica Rebstock; a sister Lori (Fred) Joyce of Lena; many nieces and nephews; two sisters-in-law Jennifer Bailey and fiancée Dave “Whitey” Stickney of Antigo, Sandra (Denis) Dugin of New Berlin.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Mick, Timothy and Peter Bailey.

Memorial services will be held on Friday September 9, 2016 at 4 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Friday from 2:30 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
