Turning over the calendar, you see March, which means March Madness, the Ides of March and St. Patrick’s Day.

So if you don’t like basketball, and want to do something different, visit the Senior Center of Langlade County at 1225 Langlade Road.

Arthritis Exercise is held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9am, with Strong Bones Exercise held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am. Stop in and try them out.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-11am, they have Coffee and Conversation, and also put a puzzle together.

The second Monday of the month at 1pm is for hand-crafting. Bring your knitting crochet or any hand-work. The first, third and fourth Wednesday of the month Bingo is played at 1pm. On Thursdays, there are cards – Canasta, Hand & Foot, Pinochle and Sheepshead. Cribbage is played on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month. Anyone is welcome to stop in and play.

On the first three Fridays of the month, the Stone Soup Brothers Band is here to entertain everyone. On Friday, March 16, there will be a St. Patrick’s Day party from 2-4pm. Refreshments will be served. Bring your singing voice for Irish music.

Tuesday, March 20th, the Lunch Bunch is going to Heartbreakers for lunch at 11:30am.

Everyone is welcome at the center. You don’t have to be a member to come and check them out.
