Betty Ann Robertson Zittel, age 94, of Antigo died Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Evergreen Terrace.

Betty was born on August 5, 1921 to the late Paul and Blanche (Jewel) Dawley.

She was a graduate of the Antigo High School Class of 1939.

She was united in marriage to Clair M. Robertson on April 22, 1944. He preceded her in death in 1975.

She married Arthur K. Zittel in October of 1980 and he preceded her in death in 1987.

Betty lived in California for many years where she worked as a secretary and medical transcriptionist. Upon her marriage to Clair, the couple lived in Florida and California while Clair served in the US Navy. They later lived in Waukesha, Omaha, and Chicago.

During her marriage to Arthur, the couple lived in Sheboygan and at Star Lake. After his death, Betty returned to the Antigo area.

She was an active member of Faith United Church of Christ and enjoyed volunteering for various organizations.

Betty is survived by a son Scott (JoAnn) Robertson of Salt Lake City, UT, 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 3 sisters, Jewell (Eugene) Byrne of Oviedo, FL, Carol Guenthner of Antigo, and Carolyn Richards of Indiana.

In addition to her parents, husbands Clair and Arthur, she was preceded in death by a daughter Jill Robertson- Dick.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 31 at 12:00 noon at Faith United Church of Christ. Reverend Wes Jedras will officiate.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the service at the church on Thursday. March 31.
