December 2017 OWI Crackdown:

A report from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) was recently released from the month of December. The report shows that during the holiday week over Christmas and New Year’s Eve, Wisconsin had over 115 alcohol, and drug related impaired driving arrests, making Wisconsin streets and highways that much more safe. There were also more than 60 drug arrests made where the driver may have not been impaired, but was in possession of an illegal street drug.   Nationally, close to 8,000 drivers were arrested on suspicion of impaired driving during that week.
