Warrant of the Week:

The Antigo Police Department holds an arrest warrant for Wilbert N. Orley d.o.b. 08-06-75. The warrant is for failing to pay a fine on a charge of retail theft. Those with information on his whereabouts are urged to call the Antigo Police Department at (715) 627-6411, submit a tip at www.p3tips.com or on the P3 app on your device. Callers may remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.

Motorcycles:

Spring is here and there is an increase in motorcycle traffic. Riders, use caution on the streets this time of year. Beware of the sand and salt that is left over on the streets from the winter when you are negotiating curves and hills. By law, you are not required to wear a helmet unless you have your instruction permit, but it always a smart choice. Make sure all your lights work and remember that it is state law to have a working headlamp on at all times. You are also required to have eye protection.

Not operating a motorcycle? Please keep an extra eye out for those who are. Remember to check your blind spots while changing lanes, and keep a decent following distance if you are traveling behind a motorcycle.
