For the Antigo Times

A few new things are going on at the Senior Center this month. On Wednesday, June 6, the center will be at the Healthy Walk. Stop by their booth to learn more about the group.

On Monday, June 11, someone will be teaching mahjong at the center. Many people have requested this, so be sure to check it out.

Tuesday, June 12, the group will be going to the Raptor Center (REGI) for a tour. The cost of the tour is $8.00. After the tour, there will be a lunch at Heartbreakers. You do not have to go on the tour to go to lunch. The group will meet at Heartbreakers at 11:30am. If anyone needs a ride to the Raptor Center, meet at the Senior Center at 9:30am to carpool from there.

Some interest has been shown in going to Laona for a ride on the Camp 5 Logging Train, as well as going to Waupaca for a boat ride on the Chain of Lakes. If you are interested in either of these trips, call and let the Senior Center know. If there is enough interest, they will set up these trips. The trips will be limited to 20 people due to the size of the bus.
